Delivery in Europe and in United Kingdom

As soon as we receive an order, it is processed and shipped between 24 and 48 hours from our offices in Paris, anywhere in Europe.

We use the DHL transport service which ensures a delivery between 24h and 72h depending on your delivery address. 

Deliveries are free of charge in Europe and in United Kingdom from 150 euros of purchase. Below this amount, the delivery costs (including the return) are at the charge of the customer and are 20 euros.

Taxes are calculated and included in the total price of your order. All places of delivery (hotel, office, store..) are possible except the post office boxes.

As soon as your order is sent, you will receive an email confirming your tracking number which will allow you to check the different stages of your delivery via the website of our transport partner.

All the deliveries of the orders Loulou Studio are carried out in hand against signature.

If the customer chooses another means of reception, Loulou Studio is not responsible for the state of its parcel.

The countries concerned by the delivery in Europe are: Germany, Belgium, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden

Delivery outside Europe

As soon as we receive an order, it is processed and shipped between 24 and 48 hours from our premises in Paris, anywhere in Europe.

We use the DHL transport service which ensures a delivery between 3 to 7 days depending on your delivery address. 

Deliveries are free of charge outside of Europe for orders over 400 euros. Below this amount, the delivery costs (including the return) are at the charge of the customer and are 40 euros.

As soon as your order is sent, you will receive an email confirming your tracking number which will allow you to check the different stages of your delivery via the website of our transport partner.

All Loulou Studio orders require signature upon delivery. 

If the customer chooses another means of reception, Loulou Studio is not responsible for the state of its parcel.

Click and Collect - Withdrawal in store

At the time of the choice of your delivery, you will be able to select the option " Click and Collect " which consists in coming to collect your parcel directly in our store at the following address

Upon receipt of your package in our store, 24 to 48 hours after confirmation of your order, you have a 7-day window to claim your order by providing proof of your identity. If this timeframe elapses, your package will be sent back to our warehouse.
