You can use our filters (categories, colors, sizes) to refine your search or, for a specific item, click on the magnifying glass and type the name of your search in the field reserved for this purpose.
Is it possible to place an order by phone?

Are all Loulou Studio products available on your website?
The Loulou Studio website offers a large choice of products but in limited quantities, in order not to overproduce. Certain references are thus quickly out of stock.

How can I track my delivery?
Once your order is processed by our services, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number confirming that your order has been shipped.

Is it possible to have my order delivered to a store?
When choosing the delivery option, you can choose the "Click and collect" option which will allow you to pick up your order in our Parisian boutique the same day or within 7 working days.

When you select the Click and Collect delivery option, you have 7 days to pick up your order in store.
Is a signature required for delivery?
For security reasons, all purchases made on our site Loulou Studio are delivered by our partner DHL against a signature.
If the customer decides not to have recourse to the signature, Loulou Studio will not be responsible in the event of damage, and will not be able to refund the customer.

Is it possible to cancel part or all of my order?

If your order is still in progress, we will try to accommodate your request.
If a cancellation is possible, you will not be charged.
What are the conditions of return?
To be eligible for a return, the customer has 14 working days from receipt of the order to make the request online.
The customer must return the goods in their state and packing of origin. Loulou Studio reserves the right to refuse the return if the product or the order does not correspond to its initial state. .
How to obtain a refund?
