Loulou Studio accepts the returns within 14 working days as from the reception of the order.
If the order was placed as a guest, you will not be able to request a return in your customer account, nor will you be able to create one after the fact. We invite you to contact customer service for any request: firstname.lastname@example.org
Loulou Studio offers the returns starting from 150 euros of purchase in Europe, on the other hand for all orders lower than this amount or outside Europe, the articles must be turned over to the load of the customer with the conveyor of his choice.
If the customer wishes to make a second exchange, the latter will be at his expense. So that the returns are treated favorably, the articles must be turned over in perfect condition, exactly as they were sent by Loulou Studio initially, with the label always attached.
In the opposite case, Loulou Studio will not accept the return. The customer has the possibility of carrying out his return directly in our Parisian store located: 22, rue Debelleyme - 75003, Paris
We invite you to follow the instructions of return below to receive your label of return:
1- Access your customer area via the "My Account" button, located on the top right of our website.
2- In "My Orders", select the item you wish to return and specify the reason why you wish to return it.
If you wish to exchange an item due to a problem of size or color, we also invite you to specify it by email at email@example.com by notifying us your order number and the desired changes.
If an item is defective, please provide more details by email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that our customer service can assist you in the best way.
3- Your return request received and processed by our customer service, you will receive an email to share with you the appropriate documents.
4- You have 5 business days to drop off your package at a DHL pick-up point or schedule a pick-up at your address.
5- As of reception of your return, Loulou Studio will proceed to the refunding or to the exchange requested automatically.
Loulou Studio will send you an email confirming the reception of your return and the refund or the exchange with the new corresponding tracking number.
The customer service Loulou Studio remains at your disposal from Monday till Friday from 9:30 am till 6 pm for all requests.
